As we expand our reach, we are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through targeted sales efforts.

 

Role Overview:

As a Sales Representative at iNtombi, you will play a pivotal role in our expansion strategy by fostering relationships with clients and key partners and promoting our iNtombi products to their clients. Your goal will be to effectively communicate the value of our products and secure partnerships thereby driving sales and contributing to our overall success.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential partners that align with our brand and target market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our intombi products and their benefits to effectively articulate value propositions.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Collaborate with our marketing efforts to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Continuously research industry trends, competitors, and market developments to stay ahead in the beauty products space.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetic industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales, particularly within the salon industry, is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

 

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based position with competitive commission rates based on sales performance. In addition to commissions, exceptional performance may lead to bonuses and incentives.
